Belgrave Gallery was established in 1974 and since then has been owned and run by Irving Grose. Michael Gaca joined the gallery in 1990 and is manager of the St Ives branch which opened in 1998.
The gallery concentrates on Twentieth Century British Artists, Post-war abstract - especially artists associated with the St Ives Modern Movement, and Contemporary Artists working in a wide range of approaches and media; painting, sculpture, works on paper and prints. The gallery prides itself on showing works of high quality in a professional, informative and friendly way with a competitive price range to suit both the experienced collector and first time buyer.
The Belgrave Gallery London and Belgrave Gallery St Ives each carry a range of stock representing the areas of specialisation and in addition, mount one person and themed exhibitions throughout the year.
